    - Relevant experience in manufacturing environment;
    - Good knowledge of Quality Core Tools;
    - Good knowledge of Quality Standards: ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015;
    - Relevant experience in quality engineering;
    - University degree;
    - Strong communication skills;
    - Ability to handle multiple customer requests;
    - Ability to work under timeline pressures.


    - Supports RFQ activities;
    - Set the initial program quality objectives (scrap, rework, specific customer quality indicators) and ensure their achievement;
    - Assess the relevant risks and trigger alert to the appropriate management level if necessary;
    - Ensure compliance to the appropriate methods and quality standards;
    - Leads the relation with the customer interface;
    - Has the authority to stop any process or product delivery in case of serious nonconformance (customer expectations or safety and regulations issues);
    - Monitor progress of FMEA, key characteristics, capabilities, tolerance stacks and quality objectives PPM and initiate action in the case that targets are at risk, including perceived quality and cascade them to the internal and external suppliers;
    - Initiate and lead Quick Problem Solving (8D) in case of internal and customer complaints / failures in the program phase;
    - Manages deviations in the program phase;
    - Checks the specification for measurements, checking and testing fixtures and gauges and ensure the integration into the calibration system;
    - Responsible for the creation of the control plan for prototype-, pre series- and series phases;
    - Assuring conformity, perceived quality and traceability of any parts delivered to the customer;
    - Supports the Customer Quality Engineer in the plant with the preparation and presentation during customer audits;
    - Actively contributes to continuous improvement process in program and capitalization;
    - Monitors and improve quality management system.
