We are looking for a focused and proactive Recruitment and employer branding specialist to join our Human Resources Department.
Key Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years’ of recruitment and employer branding experience in a multinational company;
• Experience of direct and indirect candidate sourcing via professional networking, relevant media, advertising and liaising with external agencies;
• Excellent verbal and communication skills;
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and negotiation skills;
• Ability to lead and coordinate multiple recruitment projects;
• Proactive, adaptable and driven.
Key responsibilities:
• Designing and implementing the employer branding campaigns for graduate recruitment projects by being actively involved in all stages of the graduate attraction (starting with developing the employer branding and communication strategy up to running in-house events and participation in campus and career events);
• Designing and implementing the graduate recruitment and selection process across the organization;
• Designing and coordinating the communication and advertising for the employer branding campaigns (written content, creative concepts, online and offline channels)
• Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, student organizations, universities, external providers, etc.;
• Acting as an internal consultant on graduate and experienced recruitment related matters;
• Administrating the Recruitment Management System (Taleo platform).
• Generating recruitment data analysis, reports, statistics, etc.;
• Participating in other local and regional HR projects and initiatives.
