    - Ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines;
    - Having a constant focus on the quality of work;
    - Excellent written and spoken English and Romanian ;
    - Strong analytical skills ;
    - Self-motivated person, eager to acquire experience and build a career in a professional environment and with a strong team work spirit ;
    - Demonstrates ongoing interest for its own professional development ( always concerned to learn new things, read literature, etc.);
    - Ability to take initiative and to identify new solutions / alternatives to problems with dedication and desire to implement the solutions and to achieve the objectives set.

    Responsabilitati

    Your main responsabilities inlude, but are not limited to:

    - Directly handles the relation with the suppliers, keeps the daily correspondence to make sure the deadlines are respected;
    - Keeps a constant communication with the stakeholders involved persons involved in realization of contracts;
    - Administrates the documents, planning his/her own activity and the one of the subordinate staff;
    - Coordinates and focuses on the the work improvement of the subordinate staff;
    - Handles the reporting activity of her/his work and the one of the subordinate staff;
    - Ensures the coordination of protocol activities for external meetings, according to daily requirements;
    - Prepares and elaborates documents and statements requested by the direct manager;
