    For our client a well-known leader in personal systems and printing, we are looking for a Contract Administrator with English language.

    Requirements:
    - University graduate;
    - Fluent in English (written and spoken), second language is a plus;
    - Computer literate - Microsoft package: Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.;
    - SAP know - how will be considered a plus;
    - Excellent communication skills and customer oriented thinking;
    - Understanding of operating in an near/offshore environment;
    - Strong Policy and Procedure know-how;
    - Standing towards business and sales to assure the check and balance function;
    - Good knowledge in business administration.



    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:
    - Assures the check and balance function for all order/revenue/and business relevant issues as well as to assure the compliance with relevant company policies;
    - Manage Global and Local Accounts/ request processing is audit compliant;
    - Maintains an enhanced customer satisfaction through proactive communication and handling as well as a high level of data quality;
    - Performs contract changes/ maintenance/ setup/ processing within agreed SLA's;
    - Keeping the systems up-to-date from a contract administration stand point, customer entitlement and invoicing;
    - Responsible for the quality measures of the data in the systems - which are being checked by error reporting, feedback of the Front office Administration team, feedback from the customers, supported countries and the local delivery organization. Furthermore deadlines for every specific task have to be respected;
    - Assures full ownership for back office responsibilities and coordinate e2e activities including the involved near- and offshore partners. Actively applies and uses the near- offshore processes and work effectively with all Business Units involved in the Oder processing Process;
    - Assures check and balance function, business controls and audit compliance in order to secure company's financials;
    - Processes that need to be adapted for customer needs need to be developed under the framework of effective and cost management;
    - Monitoring of the e2e process between FO & BO.
