- Graduate degree
- Several years experience in data / systems management. SAP knowledge essential
- Commercial awareness
- In-depth understanding of SAP system & Master Data
- Awareness and understanding of how the quality of data, and processes by which that data is created, may affect business intelligence reporting
- Self-motivated and pro-active individual with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Good team player, participative, unafraid to speak up and have opinions heard
- High level of both written and verbal communication and influencing skills
- Must be detail conscious in all tasks carried out
- Ability to quickly grasp organisational structures and changes
- Results-focussed and problem-solving oriented
- Fluent in English, other languages an advantage

- Manage data and data integrity across systems, in areas within the company as directed by the Master Data Manager
- Ensure Replication of data is conducted in a timely manner
- Operate and manage established systems for the management of internal data and make recommendations for improvement as appropriate to improve overall efficiency of processes
- Ensuring full and effective inter company communication of any process or data changes
- In cooperation with Master Data Manager and Business Analyst develop tools required to effectively manage all master data issues and improve data accuracy
- Resolve any problem areas of existing data integrity and provide solutions going forward
- Day to day management of Master data updates with collation and co-ordination through data providers / users including but not limited to Maintenance Manual (MM) / Product Identity Request (PIR) creation
- Ensure that Sales and Marketing Data are accurately upgraded into the SAP ERP system
- Be an active member of assigned integration projects that involve Master Data changes
