    What requirements should you meet?

    - University degree required;
    - Knowledge in Distribution, Customer Service and/or Sales;
    - Proficiency with MS Office Suite;
    - SAP knowledge required;
    - Fluent English is a must;
    - Strong organizational skills;
    - Ability to communicate effectively to all levels in a company;
    - Ability to multitask and work under pressure;
    - Ability to work with little guidance in order to achieve set goals;

    Responsibilities

    You will ensure excellence in execution of:

    - Order taking, entry and processing in the system
    - Maintaining communication with distributors and relevant internal departments for daily operations
    - Contacting customers and Sales in relation to availability of goods and changing delivery dates
    - Communicating to customer all logistic data, price changes, promotions and allocations
    - Processing customer invoices
    - Receiving and processing customer claims and returns
    - Tracking limited editions and supporting their sale to customers
    - Communicating issues and opportunities within CS department and making recommendations
    - Participating on various meetings (CS, with Sales etc.) and projects
