    Cerinte

    •University degree in business administration information technology, technical and/or business related area
    •Fluent in spoken and written English and/or German
    •3-5 years of relevant experience
    •Work experience with distributed SW systems

    Responsabilitati

    •Setup and enable the recharging of new services by defining and supporting the data flow from source to end while taking care about the necessary SAP base data
    •Develop and implement requirements for the invoice design, analysis / and dispute management, reporting and recharging processes in the Global Networks environment.
    •Ensure master data integrity so that recharging is error free while reducing delays in AMOS revenue
    •Keep the table for mapping of AMOS’ operational entities (OEs) updated to ensure an effective OE mapping with debtors at all times
    •Insures accuracy of all network related expenses
    •Support the technical Telecom Expense Management (TEM) platform with regards to file transfer by ensuring error free transfer from TEM to SAP/ServiceNow and vice versa, from the Global Directory to TEM as well as an error free transfer of carrier invoices
    •Evaluate TEM reports and prepare results to ensure effective analysis and dispute handling while considering AMOS’ customer requirements
    •Own (plan, setup, provide and improve) various TEM related processes
    •Act as 3rd level support for TEM service support (SAP/ServiceNow, interface with accounting)
    •Monitor correct invoice delivery to AMOS customers and support in case of problems (e.g. wrong invoices)
    •Define and discuss distribution keys with Service Management
    •Manage TEM related change requests for relevant contracts in close alignment with Service Managers
    •Manage requests from Allianz Group and Allianz OE’s relating to AMOS Outsource providers compliance to Group Outsourcing Policy
