As an assistant you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative activities inside the Company, providing operational support to to executive leadership, delivering results on time, within budget, and at the highest specification, ensuring that high standards are constantly maintained in every field. The Assistant also serves as a liaison to the executive leadership and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates operations, assisting the management team in organizing, planning and implementing local office.
This positions requires stellar organizational skills, excellent English and French verbal and writing ability, ability to set priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment, and strong work ethic.
The successful candidate will have outstanding interpersonal and communications skills and be able to handle confidential information. A bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of admin/executive support experience is strongly preferred.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

Advanced level performance in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- composing letters, memos and reports;
- arranging travel, visas and accommodation, screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
- meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;
- organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
- dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;
- carrying out background research and presenting findings;
- producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
- liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff. Special projects may involve handling commercial and legal procedures;
- graphic and digital design work for materials and presentations.
