QA Engineer

Description:
We are looking for QA Engineers, both automated and functional!
Our colleagues work in a fast-paced environment including multiple platforms and architectures, diverse technologies and products, interacting closely with developers, project managers and other stakeholders, executing test iterations, tracking / reporting results, troubleshooting and coordinating defect resolution.

Requirements:
- Experience in both black box and white box testing
- Experience in designing and executing automated test cases and creating test reports
- Testing tools experience (test management, defect management)
- Very good knowledge of test methodology and test procedures
- Very good experience and knowledge of creating test documentation (test plan, test cases)
- Very good knowledge of software development process, software development life cycle
- Good SQL knowledge (nice to have)
- Programming languages - preferred Java (any other — nice to have)
- Very good English language skills
- Organized, responsible and proactive
- Commitment to quality and a thorough approach to work
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Ability to work well within a team
- Flexible, customer-oriented attitude; client-facing skills

Duties and responsibilities:
- Participate in project-wide reviews of requirements, system architecture, and detailed design documents.
- Configure and maintain the test environments
- Preparation of test cases and test plans
- Customize/maintain the automation frameworks, automate individual test cases
- Execute test cases and record test results
- Develop and support testing infrastructure, tools, and processes
- Integrate the test suites into the test management system and custom test harnesses
- Provide feedback to the development team and ensure the work is carried out in accordance with the schedule and the quality requirements
- Ensure high quality and accuracy is maintained through the software release development
- Provide estimates and feedback to the testing manager and project manager for scheduling purposes
- Investigate new technologies and requirements
- Write documentation as needed
