    1. 26th June - 4th August
    2. 7th August -15th September

    Locations: Cluj-Napoca

    An IT OM Support intern at Accenture has the following responsibilities:

    • actively participate in job related trainings
    • understand the operational processes
      • get in touch with ITIL – most fundamental guidelines for support/maintenance
      • understand incident, change, and problem management processes
    • research, document, and file operational manuals
    • business support

    You will gain relevant work experience in all phases of the IT Support processes, personal and professional development by working with our experts, individual training and coaching inside the company, outstanding working conditions in a young and dynamic environment and possibility of part-time or full-time employment.

    - Basic qualifications

    Requirements:
    • Advanced English and German language skills;
    • Ability to acquire and apply new technical knowledge combined in combination with process understanding;
    • Strong problem solving and coordination skills;
    • Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills;
    • Strong written and oral communication skills;
    • Awareness of the support process life cycle.
