    Requirements

    -The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast paced environment and be self directed while collaborating closely with a very diverse team. Key qualifications include:
    -BS in Computer Science (or related field) with 2+ years of project management experience in highly technical and creative environment involving fast paced delivery cycles
    -Strong technical background; practical experience in IT preferred
    -Understanding of technical specifications
    -Ability to demonstrate decisiveness and good judgment
    -Effective problem solving skills
    -Ability to drive effort under deadline pressure while maintaining a collaborative, calm, and pleasant demeanor at all times
    -Ability to work collaboratively with senior Project Owner (C-level executive) to understand, document and execute on the vision
    -Must be flexible and able to accept rapid changes
    -Must be highly proficient in MS Office
    -Effective communication on all levels

    Responsibilities

    -Manage a variety of work which may include more than one concurrent project involving diverse and complex technical issues and substantial creative content
    -Demonstrated ability to navigate successfully in an dynamic environment
    -Build strong and productive relationships across the organization and with remote client
    -Demonstrated ability to collaboratively plan budgets, manage project spending, provide explanations for budget status as needed in real time, and anticipate budget issues in time to act
    -Communicate progress on projects and their related tasks regularly to ensure stakeholder awareness
    -Anticipate the need to solicit feedback from executive stakeholders to confirm consistency of project direction.
    -Notify stakeholders of new input from clients and proactively assess impact of requested changes
    -Monitor technical progress closely and make adjustments to technical initiatives, resource assignments and schedules as required
    -Ensure on-time, high quality delivery of all projects
    -Proactively identify areas where objectives may not be met, notify internal stakeholders and drive prompt resolution without impacting client satisfaction
    -Demonstrated ability to learn new technical subjects quickly, converse effectively with client technical personnel, and appreciate technical subtleties
    -Anticipate all needs for meetings such as conference rooms, teleconferencing arrangements, travel details, catering, meeting notices, attendee confirmations, materials and presentations, and general communication
    -Confer with customers and designers during all development phases and communicate input to executive stakeholders. Work to implement adjustments in technical vision for the projects as directed.
    -Identify need for talent acquisition and work with appropriate company resources to drive the recruitment of suitable candidates
