§ 3+ years of experience
§ Experience in analyzing business requirements - Transforming ambiguity into clear statements
§ Strong technical background
§ Very good problem solving skills
§ Very good analytical skills
§ Ability to perform under pressure
§ Fast learner
§ Great communication skills (both verbal and written)
§ Being natural to absolute Agile
§ English fluent
§ SQL, AGILE, and Database concepts
§ Pro-activeness in communication to Dev, QA and Customer
§ IT background

§ Preparing UI mock ups and its mapping to database model
§ Understand the needs of various stakeholders within the same project and facilitate the negotiation of the requirements between them
§ Develop and maintain all the requirements deliverables, depending on the project’s particularities (persona, mock-ups, UML diagrams, user stories, detailed software requirements, technical integrations, etc.)
§ Manage the prioritized product backlog
§ Develop the project plan and follow-up its implementation
§ Risks management and communication (especially in terms of business value)

§ Assist the company in the methodology continuous improvement
§ Travel availability in Africa
