Preluarea si solutionarea reclamatiilor clientilor;
Transmiterea mesajelor catre clienti si colectarea feedback-urilor de la acestia;
Operarea in sistemul informatic (SAP) conform procedurilor.

Locatie: Bulevardul Marasesti, zona Unirii, Bucuresti;
Pachet salarial: 1700 lei net+tichete de masa;
Program: 8h/zi, Luni-Vineri.
