Asset Management Support

For our client a well-known leader in personal systems and printing, we are looking for a Asset Management Support.

Requirements:

- Higher education in business administration, IT or other related fields;
- Advanced communication in English;
- Efficient communication skills, oral and written;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, sales operations or IT;
- Excellent teamwork skills in a multicultural environment;
- Ability to identify solutions in an ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities:

- Acts as the first line of support in the technical issues encountered by account teams, relating to the experience with internal electronic sales tools;
- Provides assistance to internal clients in requests, problems, complaints about the used tools;
- Build a strong relationship with the IT team to help solve problems quickly;
- Identify training areas for account teams and teams that are directly connected with clients;
- Uses extensive access to generate quick fixes and long-term solutions to ensure business continuity and top customer experience.
