    For our client, a multinational company from FMCG, we are looking for a determined Product Manager who can achieve great results along with the team.

    Master degree with focus on Marketing;
    2 years relevant marketing experience (with solid sales background, preferably in a B2B/ B2C environment);
    English fluent (oral and written);
    MS-Office: good knowledge of all applications necessary;
    Driving License;
    Initiative & determination to achieve;
    Decisiveness & risk taking;
    Focus ability, planning capacity;
    Imagination and ability to work with people;
    Focus on continuous learning.


    Achieve KP targets for each single brand (turnover, profit, market shares);
    Drive the development of the brands in his responsibility (based on agreed strategies);
    Actively develop proposals (e.g. product and promotion ideas) to improve the brand performance based on local consumer and market insights;
    Continuously monitor competitor activities and their execution;
    Actively communicate ideas and proposals for brands and categories in his responsibility;
    Execute brand activity executions (as planned, agreed, on time) in close co-operation with all relevant functions and support sell-out strategy of old stocks (on basis of headquarter decision);
    Carry out “Plan vs. Actual” Analysis” of facts and figures and propose actions to close gaps;
    Monitor regular and feature prices vs. competition and take necessary actions to be in line with regional price strategy and/or local strategy;
    Correct and efficient promotion administration process (for all marketing related promotions).
