    Commercial assistant trainee- determined period 12 months

    Location: Bucharest

    What are my responsibilities?

    • Timely invoicing and payment follow up;
    • Controlling of the invoicing process towards suppliers and accountancy;
    • Reminders and overview on payment of clients
    • Commercial order processing (order registration, purchasing, delivery, invoicing, update order calculation);
    • Commercial responsibility regarding stock situation and supervising deliveries;
    • SAP responsibility: bookings, ordering, revenues, costs;
    • Supporting role within acquisition phase of the projects, and initiation of the suppliers and customers in SAP, acc to credit management regulations;

    What do I need to qualify for this job?

    • University Graduated/ Student: preferred Economical University;
    • English knowledge- advanced;
    • German knowledge- advantage
    • 0-1 years experience in a similar position;
    • MS Office is a must;
    • Knowledge of commercial topics;
