    Daily contact with customers to check, process and analyze customer orders vs production capacity; if fluctuation, propose delivery plan to customer mentioning the extra costs;
    Planning and organizing shipments to customer;
    Track and solve logistics complaints from customers;
    Call of for raw materials from suppliers taking into account the agreed inventory levels; follow up deliveries as quantity and dates;
    Production planning for semifinished and finished goods taking into account technical contraints, available capacity in all production steps;
