- University degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in automotive or mechanical engineering
- Willingness to travel

- English level — advanced.

- Supports Iasi plant personal in regard to any aspect of product engineering of gasoline FIS components
- Establishes production control validation plans together with gasoline FIS competency centers
- Ensures tests are conducted and performed in a regular manner
- Ensures characterization of BOT and EOT parts
- Based on test results performs analytical investigations of BOT parts
- Leads and coordinates application-related product development of a specific product line with the help of a cross functional team and in a very close relationship with the Technical Sales Manager and customer
- Acts as Customer technical interface in regard to quality and warranty aspects
- Acts as interface between Product Engineering and plant in case of related changes
- Performs production line audits on regular basis
