    Cerinte

    • Education: University degree – Economic/Technical
    • Min. 2 years relevant experience
    • PC knowledge: MS-Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, Internet Explorer, Margin Minder, SQL – Jumbo
    • Advanced English knowledge is a must (both written and spoken)
    • Negotiation skills
    • Contract management knowledge
    • CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
    • Commercial and business understanding
    • Planning and organizing skills
    • Problem solving oriented and a demonstrated proactive attitude
    • Self initiator, self confident, open and positive personality

    Responsabilitati

    • Produces insightful analyses of category drivers
    • Prepares brand performance analyses to help in the identification of brand opportunities
    • Understands the role of brand positioning and relates on positioning to develop activities
    • Demonstrates understanding for the brand vision and communicates clearly with cross-functional partners
    • Assists with generating mix element-related insights based on brand, consumer and market understanding
    • Understands key drivers of brand profit and the impact of brand spend and activities on P&L
    • Works with Finance to prepare and reconcile budgets for brand plans and accurately manages day-to-day brand financials
    • Participates in cross-functional project team delivering new product development projects
    • Works alongside Sales / Trade Marketing to develop excellent activation and identify improvement opportunities
    • Accomplishes Monthly and Quarterly Brand Reports (consumer indicators, trade indicators, financial indicators) and ensures the management of the assigned activities (ATL, BTL, New Product Development and Research projects)
