    Requirements

    • Experience in equivalent positions
    • Analytical thinking and creative problem solving skills
    • Perfect communication and presentation skills
    • Fluent English
    • Knowledge of analytical methods and UML+ CASE tools
    • Basic knowledge of Oracle databases and PL/SQL and basics of business process modelling
    • Available to travel ( up to 10-16 weeks per year split into separate travels )

    Responsibilities

    Business requirements and IT requirements definition
    • Participate at planning and consultation meeting of the analysts team
    • Active participate on the meetings with customers - consultations, business analyses, getting requirements.
    • Be involved in a development and test process as a "consultant" and help out with defining application development concept.
    Additionally
    • Create and evolve architecture and analyses model for specified parts of the systems and supervise its development
    • Deliver analyses (Functional specification documents) in defined deadlines and with defined quality
    • Approve design (Technical specification)

    Evaluating of new business requests
    Communication with client regarding requests, problems etc.
    Pre-handover and handover to development
    Support of phase of development
    Support of tests (internal and UAT)
    Support of production
    Cooperation with external co-workers
    Business Preparation
    Evidence of tasks/requirements in JIRA (BRCN tasks)
    Rough analysis of assigned tasks
    Clarification of requirements
    Effort estimation, switching task to customer
    Scoping
    Assigning of specific tasks into scope
    Capacities x effort of requirements
    Functional specification
    Evidence in JIRA (IACN)
    Preparation of functional specification
    Modelling based on UML standards
