    • Required level of technical mastery, achieved through on-boarding and on-the-job training;
    • Strong knowledge on other organisational structures with which they interact;
    • High knowledge and expertise on processes at Europe and global level;
    • Procurement Operations – Advanced ;
    • Excellent communication skills; ability to work well with diverse users/clients/business partners and team members.
    • Leadership and ownership skills.
    • Efficient time management skills, priority setting is essential.
    • Excellent problem solving abilities.
    • Contributes and supports ideas to system improvements within the scope of their role.
    • Advanced languages are needed to be spoken: English and French

    Responsabilitati

    • Sustain current processes and enable process improvement through constant connection to key contributors in process flow;
    • Builds deep knowledge about scope and structure, understands regional legal requirements and specific business cases.
    • Stay in touch with end-users to identify improvement opportunities;
    • Actively influence process stakeholders and process owners to transform the way business is done
    • Monitor the business process implementation ensuring adherence to agreed design and standard, address or escalate any deviations.
    • Acts as a primary escalation point in case of incidents related to the process area of responsibility;
    • Monitor the agreed KPIs and step in to address the identified gaps by involving the appropriate levels of the relevant functions;
