Luxoft Romania has been established since 2001. We currently have approximately 2500 employees working from different locations in the country.
• Proven experience in managing end to end recruitment processes in a corporate environment;
• Strongly developed sourcing skills, knowledge of current trends in social sourcing;
• Fluent English is a must;
• Experience in IT sector with excellent IT market knowledge;
• Ability to work in changing and quickly developing environment;
• Ability to build effective talent pools;
• Good organizational skills,self-motivating,flexibility,attention to details.
Recruiting IT specialists - Software developers (Java, J2EE, .Net, C#, Oracle, C/C++), Quality Assurance specialists, Support Engineers, Software Architects, Project/ Program Managers, BA;
• Identifying the most productive sources of selection;
• Selecting potential candidates based on the candidate profile and job requirements;
• Contacting candidates and conducting HR interviews;
• Working in close collaboration with hiring managers;
• Managing a variety of vacancies,prioritization,multitasking;
• Working in a team with a researcher: recruitment strategy development, setting goals, results controlling, mentoring;
