    Cerinte

    • Minimum 3 years working experience with previous experience in financial/call center field;
    • Good knowledge of Romanian law, especially insolvency law;
    • Excellent operational skills;
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both Romanian and English);
    • Responsible and positive person, with good attitude, who easy integrates in a team;
    • Time management, drive for results, analysis and problem solving capabilities;
    • Comprehensive interpersonal and management skills, creative and confident, with winning attitude;
    • University degree;
    • Good knowledge of MS Office (advanced excel).

    Responsabilitati

    • Responsible for the collection operational process for the assigned team/teams according to the Company’s strategy so all the collection process may be devolved efficiently;
    • It acts as a higher level of escalation in very complex situations with debtors;
    • Establish a working procedure for every client and implement all the procedures in the team accordingly;
    • Participate in the assigned management activities of the Company (presentations, lectures, synthesis documents, budgets, specific reports, etc.) when required;
    • Ensure the needed support to top management team on choosing the right strategy department;
    • Responsible for the team’s professional conduct and ethics, according to Company’s values;
    • Leads the team providing a personal example and being responsible for specific processes in the following areas: recruitment and selection, work organization, performance management, development & motivation, coaching.
