- Arhivarea avizelor de insotire a marfii:
Sortarea avizelor in functie de clienti;
Alcatuirea opisurilor pentru fiecare biblioraft + etichetarea lor;
Mentinerea legaturii cu departamentul Logistica.
- Centralizarea documentelor de retur;
- Mentinerea legaturii cu magazinele clientilor sau departamentele Control Facturi in vederea clarificarii problemelor legate de documentele de retur;
- Saptamanal- Raport OOS;
- Completarea soldurilor de plata ale clientilor;
- Introducere facturi;
- Contact telefonic echipa Sales;
- Contact telefonic magazine.
