- Organize people, agenda, events
- Organizing meetings and ensuring the managing partners are well prepared for meetings
- Communicate with clients via phone, emails
- Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the managers at meetings
- Producing documents, expense reports, briefing papers and presentations
- You will work closely with managing partners to provide administrative support
- You will need to understand the organization`s aims and objectives
- Provide assistance on sales for managing partners
