Data Scientist

• Experience with data mining (analysis method for identifying patterns, trends, or relationships between data);
• Experience of 1/2 years on a similar position;
• English language skills – advanced; German language skills represent a plus;
• Advance Microsoft Excel skills (e.g. Power Pivot) represent a big plus;
• Competencies Data Scientist;
• Computer Science and Statistics studies; knowledge in Economics, Mathematics.

• HR Big Data Analysis – you will provide data analysis for the HR department;
• Strategic analysis by problem solving using statistical models;
• Activities such as the segmentation of employees, statistical analysis, the development of "human models" and the analysis of dimensions of the cause and effect of practical solutions, describe the fields of action of a personnel analyst;
• Predictive analysis by using simulation and forecasting models to solve business problems. This includes carrying out risk assessments, building strong relationships with strategic planning and business development groups.
