    - Senior knowledge in SW Testing and testing methodology
    - Test Plan preparations
    - Test Cases preparations
    - Test Data preparations
    - Management of Test Execution and Test Execution itself
    - Defect Management
    - Reporting of execution state to management
    - Test execution evaluation
    - Management of small testing teams which can be built operatively for Test execution
    - Test automation knowledge
