    Responsibilities

    Job purpose:

    Ensures optimal functionality and administrates the service application used by the service department, customers and service providers so as to fulfill company plans, market needs as well as satisfy the service providers and the final customer.

    Main activities and responsibilities:

    • Master data administration and updating: creates and sets up new customers and subcontractors, modifies existing customers when necessary. Configures all necessary settings to ensure optimal system functionality.
    • Downloads sales reports and adds in service system application sold assets and spare parts.
    • Implements service application in the coverage area and in other territories if requested.
    • Monitors the interfaces between the company’s service application and the customers’ ERP applications. Corrects errors in real time and collaborates with developers to solve major issues.
    • Collaborates with people involved in operations, provides advice and optimal solutions to their requests. Ensures training for persons that use or administrate the service application.
    • Provides support to customers and subcontractors
