• Good relational database knowledge (Microsoft SQL Server)
• SSIS is a plus
• Reporting Services is a plus
• IIS Web server configuration
• PHP (to troubleshoot or make small changes to existing pages)
• Basic Linux skills
• Active Directory general knowledge
• Crystal Reports is a plus
• SharePoint is a plus
• Team worker and proactive attitude
• Problem-solving skills, analysis oriented, capability to manage small projects
• Can take ownership of the given tasks and pursue them to completion
• Good English knowledge
• University degree in related field (Computer Science degree is considered an advantage)
• Administers Application servers, responsible for updates
• Installs, configures, tests, administers applications
• Administers and update database servers (MS SQL & Oracle DB)
• Manages application users, profiles
• Provides support for issues related to the application and their use, including transfer to other departments or third parties
• Logs own activity in ticketing system
• Completes and follows up all the documentation involved in daily activities
• Provides second level support for incoming requests and incident reports
