    Cerinte

    Studii superioare finalizate sau in curs;
    Abilitati foarte bune de operare PC si de redactare de documente : Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint;
    Limba engleza nivel avansat;
    Persoana comunicativa, sociabila, organizata;
    Experienta in domeniu constituie un avantaj;
    Prezenta agreabila.

    Responsabilitati

    Intampinarea vizitatorilor;
    ​Asigurarea necesarului pentru protocol;
    Inregistrarea, clasificarea si administrarea documentelor;
    Procesarea corespondentei interne si externe;
    Managementul salilor de meeting ( sedinte);
    Planificarea sedintelor pentru top management si redactarea documentelor aferente acestor intalniri ( rapoarte, memo, etc);
    Mentinerea legaturii cu agentiile de travel;
    Oferirea de suport in diverse sarcini administrative.
