    Cerinte

    - Bachelor degree;
    - 4 years of experience in FMCG market;
    - Experience in a similar role;
    - Analytical - ability to analyze large amounts of data;
    - Category Management Skills;
    - Strong range management: Harmonization and rationalization;
    - Experience analyzing and identifying trends to plan against results;
    - Prior experience with complex project management tasks.

    Responsabilitati

    - To develop Trade marketing plan in line with Brand plan and both sales channels: Traditional Trade and Modern Trade;
    - To plan sales and promotion budget in order to achieve the target;
    - To promote the products in store by right placement in category, out of category or extra displays;
    - To work with top retailers to make plans according to category roles in their stores;
    - Generally managing some sales operations tasks;
    - Focus on developing promotional programs that attract business from wholesalers, distributors and retailers;
    - Category Management working with brand managers (promotion, merchandizing, communication ) for key accounts and/or special projects;
    - Identify category plans including range and merchandise proposals;
    - Recommend and develop local market promotions to promote sales;
    - Provide feedback to management on new product launches or re-launch initiatives;
    - Execute launches to gain maximum distribution;
    - Proactively communication and build relationships with the global Marketing teams.
