YOU: smart, energetic, willing to succeed
Excellent sales skills - 1-2 years’ experience in sales
Very good interpersonal and negotiation skills
A professional approach
An ability to develop strong relationships
Exemplary customer service focus
Excellent command of English language (speaking & writing)
Literacy in computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Driving license (a plus)

Your main responsibilities
Identify new properties to be introduced in our database and promoted to clients
Identify potential clients interested in different types of residential properties
Build and maintain excellent relationships with current and potential clients
Participate in negotiations and lease signing
Offer clients market information and advise on suitable real estate options for their requirements
Arrange and oversee inspections in locations chosen by the clients
Participate in internal meetings and report on activity
Make presentations, proposals, market analysis and research
