    Cerinte

    • Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in business administration-related field or equivalent
    • 5+ years of People Management experience
    • Strong problem solving, highly analytical, attention to detail with solid organizational skills
    • Must be results-orientated and able to work independently and within a team environment
    • Proven experience building longstanding client relationships, offering value added, insightful and strategic insight
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to get things done under pressure and operate in a changing environment
    • Driving license category B and willingness to travel
    • Upper-intermediate or advanced level of English

    Responsabilitati

    • Develop, manage and execute a proactive sales plan and strategies for lead generation, sales, pricing and other areas related to revenue generation
    • Identify and develop key sales and market opportunities and relationships with new and existing customers
    • Develop strategic online and offline technology and business partnerships that drive new business opportunities
    • Follow daily Key Account Manager’s activity responsible for: public institutions and corporate customers in Romania
    • Implementing sales strategies and leading by example to assist in motivating and building the confidence and competence of the team
    • Evaluating the team member’s performance, identifying training needs and ensuring that they are provided with ongoing training and development
