    Requirements

    - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, technical science or economic studies;
    - 1–2 years of data analysis or business analysis (experience in HR is an advantage);
    - MS Office - Excel advanced level;
    - Advanced or proficiency in English;
    - Ability to define the proper organizational structures and models aligned with business strategy, supporting the implementation through elaboration of organizational documents (e.g. policies, procedures and organizational directives) and performing proper job evaluations;
    - Ability to apply knowledge of compensation and benefits systems and related fiscal provisions in order to evaluate costs and efficiency of the rewards package and recommend changes for appropriate compensation, based on individual performance and external reward market trends;
    - Ability to define and implement the proper approach to facilitate and sustain company's transformation processes;
    - Ability to identify the objectives to be achieved within a project, formulate strategies to achieve them, creating and monitoring the necessary steps;
    - Ability to negotiate and reach an agreement with a beneficial outcome for the parties involved, solving any relevant discordance;
    - Ability to apply knowledge of collective agreements and labor laws in order to perform daily activities, evaluate general and cost impacts of decisions and, when needed, support other units to assess different options;
    - Ability to apply methodologies and techniques to improve people morale and work environment, wellness in order to improve overall workforce state of mind;
    - Ability to draft, review and analyze contracts, as well as to verify the fulfillment of contractual obligations;
    - Ability to identify and understand trends and dynamics of the different business in which the Group operates, as well as relevant competitors strategies in order to simulate different scenarios;
    - Ability to apply knowledge of legal administrative processes, policies and rules to provide operative support in legal and corporate activities.

    Responsibilities

    - Evaluate positions according to methodologies agreed by Enel Group, update the positions database and grade-maps in order to ensure accurate information for designing and updating the organizational structure and the rewards policy;
    - Perform analysis of the existing compensation and benefits plans in order to determine the positioning of the company in comparison to the relevant pay market and identify the actions needed to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness;
    - Provide information for the annual salary surveys and ad-hoc pay and benefits market trends analysis surveys;
    - Maintain the policies and procedures database and perform process analysis to elaborate new ones or update the existing in order to ensure consistent organizational design framework and change management initiatives of the Group;
    - Roll out the contracts with the employee benefits suppliers, such as medical subscriptions, employee insurance and other benefit plans in order to optimize costs and to obtain best quality services for employees;
    - Participate as the country organizational design responsible in defining or changing organizational structures in line with the Group guidelines;
    - Offer counseling on reward and organizational design matters to HR Business Partners and managers in order to support the implementation of the pay and benefits policy and other subsequent procedures;
    - Coordinate or participates as a resource in the human resources projects in order for the results to meet the objectives, to be delivered on time and within budget.
