Basic knowledge about web hosting
Basic knowledge about financial concepts

Maintain a good communication with company clients on a daily basis using internal ticketing systems, accounting software, email & phone.
Evaluate customers needs
Provide guidance for the open cases
Provide customized solutions
Closely collaborate with other departments to ensure a resolution for customers needs
