    Requirements

    Technical skills requirements
    • Graduates from Finance / Accounting / Economics
    • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and Romanian
    • Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)

    Soft skills requirements
    • Diligent, self-motivated, positive attitude;
    • Willingness to learn;
    • Attention to detail with a commitment to high quality and accuracy;
    • Desire to exceed expectations;
    • User level IT (Microsoft Office) knowledge.

    Responsibilities

    Your responsibilities
    • Billing support for Tax team, preparing invoices, reviewing invoices;
    • Maintaining a constant communication with internal and external clients;
    • Ensure administrative support service for Tax team
    • Assists in giving advice regarding various invoicing aspects
    • Develops and maintains strong working relationships with client personnel and colleagues
    • Constantly follows-up with executive assistants in billing related matters
    • Learns how to use EY tools in order to respond to EY policies and procedures
    • Contributes to positive work environments, facilitates the resolution of conflicts, shares information, and accepting and providing constructive feedback.
