    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, it is expected that you will possess:
    · Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
    · At least 8-10 years related experience in human resources functional area, HR Generalist, or HR Consulting.
    · Deep technical knowledge of human resources areas especially around complex employee relations and performance management matters
    · Strong legal knowledge of the local employee relations environment, legislation and HR policies.
    · Previous HR experience supporting Romania employees and managers essential.
    · Excellent communications skills, including influence and consulting.
    · Excellent program management skills, including implementation and feedback analysis; developed leadership skills.
    · Ability to translate business needs into human resources initiatives.
    · Ability to manage change across a broad population

    Responsibilities

    We are seeking a strong HR Generalist to be based at our Cluj offices to support our Software business. You will be focused on end-to-end HR support both managers and employees across Romania.
    Reporting to the Regional Software HR Director, you will provide expert advice and guidance regarding various people decisions. This role will see you handling projects and initiatives involving complex employee relation matters, supporting and coaching management on employee performance issues, delivering key projects across values, diversity and inclusion and employee engagement. In addition you will contribute and collaborate on a number of strategic people initiatives to ensure the businesses ongoing success.
    Your responsibilities will also include:
    · Consulting with business leaders to deliver complex human resources policies and programs within businesses and local environment.
    · Delivering a comprehensive package of human resources programs by interpreting corporate initiatives for local regulatory needs.
    · Implementing multiple programs simultaneously and customizing global programs to meet unique business/function needs as appropriate.
    · Representing the company to both internal and external stakeholders.
    · Communicating Human Resources (HR) policies to business leaders; working with business leaders to resolve employee issues, manage change, and drive programs.
    · Developing strategies and coaches managers in resolving complex performance and misconduct issues.
    · Contributing and leading regional priority project teams.
    · Driving HR decisions on complex cases with significant financial and/or legal risk.
