Business Analyst — Bucuresti

Experience in Finance or in the banking / IFN sector is a plus;
Excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Experience with MS Access;
SQL knowledge is an advantage;
Min. 12 months of work experience in a similar position in Economics or Operations Departments: (Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, Reporting Analyst etc) is a must;
University degree with good technical knowledge and business understanding (graduate of Mathematics / Statistics / Cybernetics is a plus);
Very good communication skills with both technical and non-technical people;
Ability to work in a dynamic team and able to handle information from various industries;
Results oriented and focused on meeting tight timelines;
Ability to analysis and synthesis;
Organized and detail oriented person;
Problem solving skills, analytical mind and positive attitude;
Good knowledge of English;

Monitors the performance of the Operational Departments;
Reports to management any negative variances versus targets and suggest possible causes and solutions;
Assists team leaders and the management team with their requirements (non-hardware) regarding ad-hoc reports and analysis new functionalities;
Proactively reviews KPI at portfolio and team level (daily, monthly, weekly);
Captures and documents the business requirements for new reports;
