Project Overview

As part of the SAP Basis Academy, you will learn what SAP consultancy mean. You will gain valuable knowledge from the senior colleagues.

What you will learn:

Provision of SAP Basis 2nd level support services for different end customers.

SAP Basis 2nd and 3rd level support (customer-specific Incident Management, Availability Management, Change Management, operational system, data bases and SAP Basis);

Support for the central Change Management division of the client, Problem Management, Continuous Improvement Process.

What you can expect & what we want you to do

SAP BASIS Activities:

• Installation
• Upgrade
• Migration
• EhP/Add-On/SPs installation
• Ticket processing
• Tools: SAP Solution Manager, Office Outlook, Lotus Notes, NetViewer, Citrix
• 2ndLevel Support for German Clients

• Know-how transfer from the senior colleagues regarding the business processes involved at the customer
• Involved in on-the-job trainings regarding the tools and technologies used
• Dealing with administrative tasks (e.g. writing the documentation for the tickets received by the team)
• Getting to know the team and each member's role within the project
• Understanding the customer's needs and how to reach their expectations

What you are good at & what you’ll need to win

• Fluency in German language
• Able to work in one of our sites Cluj or Timisoara
• Interest in the technical field and to gain experience in SAP Basis
• Analytical and result-oriented thinking
• Strong communications skills
