    Requirements

    Mandatory:
    - 2-5 years Project Management experiences
    - 2-5 years’ Service Management experience
    - English: Fluent
    - Clear and concise communication skills
    - Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
    - Ability to work within matrixed teams
    - Ability to work under stress and to tight time frames
    - Ability to identify and separate issue
    - Experienced and competent user of Microsoft office products, especially Word, Excel and Powerpoint
    - Must be a self-motivated, team player
    Nice to have:
    -Professional certifications (ITIL, project management, etc.)

    Responsibilities

    - Process understanding and ability to conceptualize
    - Assist in driving Major Incidents to closure
    - Interlink between all support teams on identifying RCA’s for shared infrastructure. (Not account specific)
    - Actively chair and participate in Problem, Incident, Change meetings for the SAP Cloud solution Infrastructure
    - Assist in defining and managing Service/Quality Improvement plans for SAP Cloud solution Infrastructure
    - Implement Quality Process Metrics
    - Assist with service delivery audit readiness
    - Ensure relevant governance /interlock with technical service lines
    - Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly Operational or other Delivery Related Report, ie. Asset and inventory reporting
    - Proactive Improvement of Process Maturity for SAP Cloud solution Infrastructure
    - Assist with the establishment of Standards and Processes
    - Manage projects

    This role is part of a SAP Cloud offering infrastructure support team. They report to Offering Manager who is responsible for leading and directing the delivery teams in support of the SAP Cloud offering. With direction from the Offering Manager the Service Delivery Manager / Project Manager will be assigned to one or more projects depending on their size and complexity. Project Management experience is required. The SDM/PM will also be responsible for pro-actively monitoring problem and change process for the shared infrastructure and manage problem and change issues and alerts as needed. SDM/PM will help to ensure quality of service are maintained and will manage cost of delivery by looking at better ways to provide service in a cost efficient manner. SDM/PM will also be responsible for overall Asset and Inventory Management for the offering
