SAP Basis Administrator

Mandatory:
- Very good communication skills in English, both written and spoken (at least level 4/5)
- Experience working in Windows / AIX OS systems
- Experience working with Oracle, DB2, MSSQL a plus (at least two of these are required above medium level)
- Experience and understanding of clustered systems
- Experience working with Business Objects a plus
- Experience working with HANA a plus
Nice to have
- Knowledge of middleware products (e.g. application servers)
- Professional certifications

As a member of a global Delivery team, supporting an enterprise-scale Cloud solution, the SAP Basis Administrator is responsible for planning, management of all activities undertaken by the various customers this role supports. The SAP Basis Admin is accountable to achieve the team’s goals and objectives in addition to managing customers. We are seeking highly motivated, dedicated and experienced persons with excellent communication and analytical skills with 7 years SAP Basis working experience.

Responsibilities:
- Performance & Tuning in various SAP systems, ECC, BW, Portal, CRM, SRM
- Administer transport change management
- Monitor table space growth, estimate growth and sizing requirements
- Monitor SAP environment and assist in troubleshooting
- Upgrade database and other related products
- Kernel patches, Support packs, Enhancement Packages, DB patching/fixpacks, etc
- Set up EWA in Solution Manager
- Work closely with other support teams (SAN, AMS, OS, Network)
- Coordinate and Administer system maintenance windows
