SKILLS
-- Good understanding of concurrency and parallel programming
-- Good general programming knowledge of a language of choice
-- Good understanding of classic data structures (list, maps) and their transformations (sorting, ordering)
-- A good grasp of OO principles with hands-on experience
Preferable:
-- Any exposure to partitioning/Big Data tools (Hadoop, Hive, Spark)
-- Exposure to SQl, and database programming
-- Knowlede of unit testing and associated tools
-- Knowledge of Python is an advantage
-- Used to work in a collaborative environment
-- Used to work with associated tools: code versioning, task scheduling, continuous integration, test

Responsibilities
Handles common procedures such as upgrade,migration, etc.
Collaborates with other team members and stakeholders
Writes and implements software solutions that integrate different systems
Writes clean, reusable and testable code.
Identifies and suggests various opportunities to improve efficiency and functionality.
Participates in pair programming, reviews, , and supports his/her peers in achieving common tasks.
