HR Business Partner

- University degree in economics, law or psychology
- Min 5 years HR experience (thereof at least 3 operational), ideally within a multi-national company
- Business-fluent English skills, German and/or Italian language skills would be an asset
- Good understanding of Romanian labour law and labour-related social security and tax topics
- Hands-on experience in managing orga-nizational change

- Coordination of all HR operations around the HR value chain (e.g. re-cruiting, career development, change management, performance & reward management)
- Align operational HR needs with line managers needs and goals
- Break down and execute HR strategy in operational activities
- Provide proactive advice and coun-seling to management and employees on organizational change and people management issues
- Manage local talent transition and utilization in a continuously changing environment
