Software Developer Intern

The project is a big Adobe initiative that aims to create an innovative cloud solution in data analytics. Marketing has become an analytical processing of gaining insights form massive amount of data to drive reliable revenue and decision making.  In addition to learning about their customers, marketers are also interested in learning about their business, partners, and industry. They want to combine their data in new ways to get new insights and new advantages. Adobe’s Marketing Data Platform is an essential project to solve those needs.
 
The project consists of extending and using a series of REST APIs to integrate 3rd party services and ETL tools to push data seamlessly into Adobe's Data Platform.
 
Knowledge (the skills you’ve got):
- B.S. or M.S. degree (degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent is a bonus).
- Solid knowledge, data structures and algorithms
- Good knowledge of OOP and design patterns
- Good knowledge of coding in at least one high-level programing language (Java/C#/C++)
- Able to research and become proficient in new technologies (need to be able to adapt to the technology needs of the project as it moves forward)
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Nice to have:
- Knowledge of web services and patterns (REST);
- Basic knowledge in unit/automated testing;
- Experience in working in projects such as: data processing, data analytics, high-availability web-services, log processing, cloud services or distributed solutions;
