    Requirements

    Mandatory:
    •Experience of working with PCI Compliance or other regulatory compliance
    •Knowledge and understanding of deploying and supporting concepts such as; Spanning Tree Protocol, HSRP, VLAN, Trunking, private VLANs, IPSec, NAT and firewall filters
    •Knowledge and understanding of MPLS, BGP, deploying and supporting OSPF and supporting static routing
    •Knowledge and understanding of deploying and supporting Cisco ASA and IPS technology, especially VPN and NAT •Experience on Cisco platforms such as Nexus and ASA. - Experience with VMware NSX preferred

    Required skill level / experience: CCNP/CCSP
    • Strong knowledge on the above technologies
    • Liaise with vendors and professional services
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills
    • Strong technical problem solving skills
    • Ability to learn and apply new technology and methodologies in a distributed environment
    • Ability to solve problems quickly and completely
    Nice to have:
    • Network administration: F5, NSX
    • Basic French language - spoken and written
    • Basic Unix commands"

    Responsibilities

    • Availability to work on call
    • Maintenance of datacenter infrastructure
    • Monitor network equipment's performance and availability
    • Troubleshoot issues for the specific competency
    • Promote and maintain network patch management practices
    • Provide metrics for capacity management purposes
    • Troubleshoot performance issues, troubleshoot network configuration and apply fixes
    • Event Management (analyze alerts and logs)
    • Incident handling
    • Problem resolution
    • Root Cause Analysis
    • Create and implement change requests for incidents/problems as needed
    • Provide technical assistance and expertise to customer’s administrators and SMEs
