    Cerinte

    Cunoasterea limbii engleze (scris si vorbit) - nivel mediu;
    Experienta de minim 1 an pe un post similar;
    Cunoasterea pachetului MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
    Atitudine pozitiva, orientata catre client;
    Bune abilitati de comunicare;
    Capacitate de organizare si prioritizare a sarcinilor.

    Responsabilitati

    Mentine relatia cu firma de curierat;
    Gestioneaza accesul la anumite locatii (centrala termica, cutie postala, intrare in firma);
    Asigura necesarul de consumabile;
    Centralizeaza si tine evidenta pentru concediile de odihna, concediile medicale, biletele de voie, pontaje, fisierul Raport Salarii, fisele SSM, fisele de post;
    Intocmeste diverse tipuri de adeverinte, solicitate de catre angajati;
    Gestioneaza dosarele de personal;
    Redacteaza fisele de post pentru angajatii societatii;
    Intocmeste diverse documente de HR (ROI, proceduri, acte aditionale la contractele de munca);
    Ofera suport departamentului de Marketing, pentru pregatirea si trimiterea materialelor promotionale catre clienti;
    Intocmeste declaratiile de inregistrare a contractelor de inchiriere intre societate si clienti;
    Incaseaza numerarul de la clientii societatii;
    Gestioneaza contractele de furnizori si clienti;
    Editeaza diferite alte documente (contracte si acte aditionale, procese verbale, adrese, scrisori, notificari, instiintari).
