Cloud Support Specialist

Mandatory:
- Very good communication skills in English, both written and spoken (at least level 4/5)
- Strong Linux / UNIX skills
- Cloud concepts knowledge.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of middleware products (e.g. application servers)
- Knowledge of with database servers
- Scripting knowledge (Bash, Javascript, Python)
- Java knowledge and willingness to learn is a major plus.

- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve production incidents related to the cloud infrastructure.
- Proactively monitor the cloud infrastructure for issues (by creating scripts that will check various parameters like CPU, Logs, Memory, etc.)
- Troubleshoot OpenStack components
- Troubleshoot BPM Processes to find provisioning errors
- Add new offerings to the cloud service catalog
- Update and patch Operating Systems of the infrastructure
- Update and patch the tools used for cloud (Ex: Openstack, Cloud orchestration engine, IBM BPM).

The position is part of a team that offers support and maintenance on hybrid and private clouds for global customers. The ideal candidate has knowledge on Cloud, virtualization, OpenStack and is eager to learn various Cloud products and technologies.
