Experience/Skills Required
• Professional track record of being a top performer in current and past roles.
• Salesforce.com Certified Force.com developer certification or Certified Force.com Advanced developer certification, demonstrating the ability to build Applications with Force.com and Visualforce
• Solid understanding of web technologies, such as HTTP, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, CSS).
• Solid knowledge of SQL and understanding of relational databases.
• Experience building Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications.
• Experience with Force.com Configuration and Apex/Visualforce/API development
• Experience with building apps with Salesforce lightning
• Experience with Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL) and Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL)
• Experience with creating Salesforce Configuration Workbooks
• Experience in Software configuration management
• Min 2 years of experience as salesforce admin
• Quick grasp of customer requirements and the ability to translate them into technical designs
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote colleagues in different time zones
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent field, plus 3+ years of relevant experience in the job offered or as a Senior/Lead Software Application Developer,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, both verbal and in writing.

Experience/Skills Desired
• Experience building highly scalable web applications.
• Deep understanding of object-oriented design and programming concepts, and experience with at least one object- oriented programming language, such as Java, C#, C++.
• Solid understanding of front-end web tier (JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, and cross-browser development) and back-end (Java, SQL) software development.
• Experience with Agile software development and test-driven development.
• Salesforce.com Certified Force.com developer certification or Certified Force.com Advanced developer certification, demonstrating the ability to build Applications with Force.com and Visualforce.
• Master's degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent field.
• Working experience working in/with Help desk, Service desk or Technical Support organizations.
• Working experience with Knowledge Management best practices

• Architect, design, and implement Salesforce.com Service Cloud product applications.
• Master our development process, culture and code base, and then improve it.
• Value team excellence over individual productivity.
• Mentor others in development technologies, tools, and processes.
• Work closely with local remote colleagues to build new features our users and customers will love, adopt and use and which will enhance overall productivity.
• Have a passion for quality and writing clean, solid, readable code that scales and performs well.

• Develop test strategies and frameworks to drive up code coverage and automation metrics.
