    Requirements

    - Bachelor’s Degree level of education or minimum of 3 year’s experience in sales management and minimum of 5 year’s experience in sales . In a role that combines internal and external stakeholder exposure, communication experience and responsibilities. External knowledge should typically include mixed model routes to market such as direct, partner and distribution. Successful track record of driving growth
    - Ability to influence organizations even without direct reporting lines.
    - Excellent communication skills including superb business level English & Romanian language (written & spoken), ideally with another language from, German, French or Spanish.
    - Superb information capture, manipulation and data management skills with the ability to produce timely and accurate management reports in a high pressure / short cycle management environment.
    - Ability to determine key performance indicators and relevant measurable data points within the business in order to arrive at clear executive level summary and recommendations for actionable items and improvements.
    - Excellent business administration skills, including presentation experience, together with good organisational and interpersonal skills.
    - The candidate should have a very good level in Microsoft Office especially Excel & PowerPoint.

    Responsibilities

    - Deliver the revenue AOP for a set of accounts across Productivity Products, Embedded Products and WFS sales organizations.
    - Accurate forecasting of quarterly revenue. Identify, generate and close New Business Opportunities (NBO’s) in line with the business strategies. Manage the qualifying of leads from various campaign sources.
    - Developing an MOS that allows full and regular review of the team and their individual and collective performance. This will include; creating and maintaining accurate job profiles, working with individual contributors setting SMART objectives, carrying out regular 121 performance feedback discussions and perform annual appraisals.
    - Assessing training needs and and designing a departmental MRR to capture key talent.
    - Positively manage and develop a team of Inside Sales people, Lead Specialist and Campaign Executors/Tele-qualifiers.
    - Collaborating with departmental Team Leaders and other key stakeholders to redefine processes if required using the VSM, UDO approach.
    - Ensure that individual contributors have clear standard work patterns outlined and know what the daily, weekly tasks are that need to be completed.
    - Implemented the HOS elements and be the driver to be an HOS Gold COE.
    - Set up a world class Sales Operating System (SOS) using the TAS methodology tools to deliver top tier growth rates
    - Network across the HON organization to build a support network to ensure sustainable long term growth.
