- Excellent Excel knowledge in order to provide best in class outcomes; Access, VBA medium level

- Experience in process improvement activities

- Experience in working with deadlines

- English – advanced level / French – advanced level

- Project management experience will be considered as a plus

- Experience in working with ERP tools

- On demand reporting using various tools (BO Xi & TABLEAU –current tools-, Micro Strategy (target tool – tbc-)

- Functional Admin on PPM tool (HP-PPM)

- Propose and participate to tools enhancements (specifications, UAT)

- Manage Compliance activities on dedicated perimeters (project data updates, closing, financial data update, handle key risks & issues)

- Participate to on demand migration operations (massive migration of projects to take into account portfolios updates)

- High level report generating, broadcasting and follow up on results

- Drive innovation by coming up with new ideas for our processes

- Point out issues with existing processes on different projects, followed by active involvement in their clean up

- High level ticket assigning inside the team; Responsible for ticket TAT

- Engage and collaborate with various regions like EMEA, ASIA, AMER
